Our Story

Founded in 2023 in New York City, Venturant Group is an investment and management group that specializes in headline restaurant brands going to sea in North America. It provides consulting, investment, landing and management services for the cooperating brands. Venturant has the most professional team and resources in China and the United States, and its agents include Shoo Loong Kan Hot Pot, NOVA Restaurant & Bar, Zi Yan Foods, Barbecue Meat & Wine Shop, Taste of the Absolute American Frog Fish Head, Chen Pan Pan Spicy Hot Pot, and Kajiken, and other well-known food and beverage brands.

Legal Affairs : The head of Venturant's legal affairs team has long been a guest speaker for Fortune 500 companies and has been deeply engaged in the legal affairs of U.S. food and beverage companies for many years. With rich practical experience, we provide one-stop legal solutions for Venturant's brands, and escort the successful landing of the brand.

Finance: Venturant Group has an excellent team of certified public accountants in North America, including senior partners of the world's four largest accounting firms, to provide professional financial solutions for Venturant Group's brands in the areas of financial and tax management, risk control and other aspects.

OUR TEAM

  • Roy Liao

    Mr. Liao established Shoo Loong Kan Hot Pot North America Inc. in 2018 and Venturant Group in 2023. He was the former CEO of HNA Industrial Group North America, achieving a record of over $4 billion in real estate mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Liao holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Johns Hopkins University.

  • Steven Marcus

    Mr. Marcus, executive partner and founder of Runlabs and Bugsby Property, has advised on or been the principal of nearly $2 billion in real estate transactions across several countries. He previously acted as a senior advisor to Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., completing a $1.2 billion programmatic joint venture with TIAA (now Nuveen). He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor's degree from The Wharton School, UPenn.

  • Yin Liu

    Mr. Liu is responsible for the operation and management of all brands under the Venturant Group and previously served as the Director of Overseas Operations at Shoo Loong Kan Hot Pot in China. He also worked at one of the top 5 global semiconductor companies, overseeing supply chain management in the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Liu has extensive experience in Chinese and American catering operations, supply chain management, business law, and human resources.

  • Mo Liang

    Mr. Liang is responsible for the operational management of all Venturant Group brands in the Western United States region. He previously held the position of store manager at Haidilao (USA) and was involved in the planning and management of multiple Haidilao restaurant openings. Mr. Liang has extensive experience in site selection and catering operation management.

  • Beichen Hu

    BEICHEN HU, GRADUATED FROM STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK AT STONY BROOK, FOUNDED THE SHANGHOFANG RESTAURANT CHAIN AND WAS RECOMMENDED BY MICHELIN. 2019 JOINED JUNZI EATERY AS VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT, AND 2021 BECAME THE DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT OF CHANSON INTERNATIONAL (NORTH AMERICA), A NASDAQ-LISTED COMPANY. 2022 FOUNDED J&B FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT, WITH A CONTROLLING STAKE IN MORE THAN 20 STORES.

  • Xu Zhan

    Has rich experience in commercial operation and masters the resources of domestic head catering brands. Presided over more than 5 large-scale commercial body investment operation work. From online to offline three-dimensional multi-dimensional thinking, so that the brand stores and customers and users to establish a strong and effective link.
